Shewe Wana Boutique is a 10-minute walk from Naowarat Bridge and a 20-minute walk from Chiang Mai Old City. With just a short walk, guests will find a variety of international restaurants, pubs and café along the Ping River. It is a short walk from San Pa Khoi Market where northern Thai food and fresh fruit can be sampled. It is a 20-minute walk from Chiang Mai Old City and a 20-minute drive from Chiang Mai International Airport.

The resort also provides a tour desk, laundry services, and a free parking lot.
Aside from a daily breakfast, the 2 on-site restaurants serve a variety of vegetarian, Thai dishes. The restaurants also feature garden views and various customized menus like gluten-free meals, which are available upon request.
